Pride Flag

Welcome to Anchor City Rollers

A roller derby league in Halifax, Nova Scotia. A community of skaters, referees, and non-skating officials open to all genders.

We acknowledge that Anchor City Rollers practices in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the Treaties of Peace and Friendship with the Mi’kmaq People. Part of acknowledging traditional territory, and its experience of colonialism, calls on us to consider our relationship with the land. Our presence in Kjipuktuk means we are implicated to reconcile for past and present wrongs, and to commit ourselves to the ongoing work of reconciliation. We are all Treaty people
