Anchor City Rollers

Anchor City Rollers will be holding tryouts for the league’s A team (Harbour Grudges) and B Team (Dockyard Brawlers) for the 2020 season. The 2 tryout dates will be Friday October 25th from 7:00-9:00pm and Sunday November 3rd from 4:30-6:30pm. We are asking that skaters who are interested in participating in the tryouts complete this form to express their interest. Submissions will close on Friday Oct 18th at 5pm for interested skaters.

It is expected that those interested attend BOTH tryouts. (If this is not possible please enter details in this form).

The tryout is open to skaters from any league who have passed minimum skills and are safe and competent skaters. However, it is the expectation that all skaters who make the teams would be ACR league members and fulfill practice attendance requirements and other expectations outlined in the 2020 team agreements.

Both tryouts will take place at the Spryfield Lion’s Rink (gymnasium at the back of the building) - 111 Drysdale Rd, Halifax. For the October 25th tryout, please plan to warm yourself up as needed between 6:30-7:00 and the tryout will start at 7:00. For the Nov 3rd tryout, please plan to do an off-skates warm-up ahead of time, and the tryout starting at 4:30 will contain an on-skates warm-up.
